Massage Therapy is a powerful tool. Today it is not just viewed as a luxury "once in a while treatment", it is proven over thousands of years to be a vital wellness tool when incorporated into life's maintenance plan. With over 17 years practicing, my biggest mission is to assist my clients through their road of healing and maintaining balance in their life. Whether it is injury related, working through trauma stored in the body or just a space to decompress and meditate. I will customize each session to address your specific needs.
Nationally Board Certified and State licensed I have operated my private practice since 2006. I spent the majority of my career in a chiropractic office working with many types of injuries. Over the years, I've developed my own technique integrating and blending a variety of modalities making each session unique. I focus in and tune into you, reading the story your body is tells me, peeling away the layers of trauma and damage we store within. Leaving you feeling renewed. My passion is being able to help others through their journey. Whether working through anxiety, depression, with athletes to maintain optimal physical health, rehabbing patients injuries, helping cancer patients through their journey, or just giving clients time to decompress from the stresses life brings. I will customize each session to the clients specific needs, by mixing one learned practice with another (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Joint Mobilization, Hot Stone Therapy..etc) to achieve the most effective, positive results. Allowing both your body and mind to be renewed, restored and rejuvenated.

I’m an advocate for healing and transformation. I find myself in a place where my own self care and ownership of wounds is critical to my progress and success in the “healing arts” field.
I enjoy caring for others. Something about assisting others on their healing path nurtures something in me on a deep level. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Joint Mobilization, Hot Stone Therapy.
I am committed to the progress and study of the healing arts. I love to expand my knowledge and intuition of the craft. I believe in the interconnectedness of all living things from humanity to the trees, to the stones, to the plants and animals, to the very air we breathe, to sound waves and kinetic energies, to the smallest grain of sand, to all the elements and subatomic particles, to the cosmos and angels, to the planets and the stars in the sky, etc.
I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the Shenandoah Valley at age 17. I am proud to say VA is home. My 9 year old son is my pride, joy, and greatest treasure.
I am called to continue not just my own healing journey towards enlightenment but also to assist those around me. I believe in love and I believe in the “small things” or random acts of kindness. From a smile to a stranger, holding the door open for people, to being a listening ear, a comforting hug, or a set of healing hands I am willing to do what it takes to mend a broken world and to assist in the ignition of the trust, light, and compassion that exists within us all.
